Refund policy

Returns (30 days)

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging. We may reduce the refund if the item was used, damaged or handled more than necessary.

How to start a return

Email us at support@snugtrove.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll give you the return address and the next steps. We can't accept items sent back without a prior return request.

Return shipping costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. In that case we cover the cost: we'll send you a free replacement or give you a refund, and if the item needs to be returned, we'll pay for the shipping.

1-year warranty

The Stirly mug comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. If it stops working because of a manufacturing defect under normal use, we'll send you a new one at no cost. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, impacts or drops, submerging the base in water, or using high-power fast chargers.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (for example, for a different color), email us before returning it and we'll let you know the available options.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund was approved. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need some extra time to process it.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return if this is stated on their product page at the time of purchase. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Returns are accepted subject to these terms and your rights under applicable law.
